WuBook Srl, as Data Processor, provides users of WuBook services with the following information regarding the processing of their data:

1. INTRODUCTION
   a. By "Accommodation facility" we mean the hotel where you book
   b. By "WuBook" we mean all the services we provide

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
   The collection and processing of personal data occur under a service supply contract between WuBook Srl and the accommodation facility for which WuBook provides WuBook services.
   The service designed and managed by WuBook includes the following features:
   a. Acquisition of personal data (name, surname, email address) only when the customer confirms their choice among the available accommodations and agrees to proceed with the booking. The booking form does not require sensitive data of the customer or the persons staying with them. If the customer decides to enter sensitive personal data in the "notes" field, these will be transferred by WuBook to the accommodation facility, which, as the independent data controller, will determine how to process them. These data will be transferred by WuBook to the accommodation facility "as entered by the customer";
   b. Storage on behalf of the accommodation facility of the acquired data on servers managed by WuBook for this purpose.
   WuBook will not process the data in ways other than those provided by the service contract or requested by the accommodation facility (e.g., data modification, deletion).

3. DATA COLLECTION
   The collection occurs through the voluntary provision of data by the customer when they finalize their booking.

4. VOLUNTARY DATA PROVISION AND CONSENT TO PROCESSING – CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
   While customers are free to provide their data, failure to provide identifying (name, surname) and contact details (email address) will prevent the completion of the booking process.

5. DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE
   To achieve the above purposes, the data provided by customers will be communicated solely to the accommodation facility, the data controller, who will manage them according to their own privacy policy. The only exceptions are any communications to Judicial or Police Authorities upon their request, to which WuBook is obliged to respond even without the accommodation facility's authorization.
   WuBook's customer support staff may access the data only at the accommodation facility’s request to resolve any issues with using WuBook services.
   WuBook will not disclose the collected and stored data in any way.

6. DATA STORAGE, DURATION, AND PROCESSING METHODS
   The data are stored by WuBook in encrypted format on its systems, with hosting and further details described in our Data Processing Agreement to ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   The personal data of European citizens will never be exported outside the European Economic Area.
   The data will not be processed through automated processes, except for the creation of anonymous statistics and the processes related to data anonymization/mass deletion, which are periodically activated and concern all data meeting certain characteristics.

7. DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
   Customers have the right to request at any time access to their personal data, rectification, or deletion from WuBook Srl, or to object to its processing; they also have the right to request restriction of processing in cases provided by Article 18 of the Regulation and to obtain their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as provided by Article 20 of the Regulation.

   In any case, customers always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority), under Article 77 of the Regulation, if they believe their data processing is contrary to current regulations.

8. DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
   The Data Controller is the accommodation facility.
   The Data Processor is WuBook Srl.
